Eligibility Criteria

✓ Must be registered as Micro, Small, or Medium enterprise under MSME Act

✓ Unit must be located in any district of Haryana

✓ Must have valid Udyam Registration Number

✓ Must have valid Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) Number

✓ Must have started commercial production after policy implementation

✓ Must have valid electricity connection and be paying electricity duty

✓ Must not be in restrictive/negative list
