✓ Unit must be located in any district of Haryana
✓ Must have valid Udyam Registration Number
✓ Must have valid Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) Number
✓ Must be part of a mini-cluster (up to 12 members)
✓ Must be willing to implement lean manufacturing practices
✓ Must be in commercial production
